I started Pinova because I saw a gap that shouldn't exist. Real estate agents are some of the hardest-working professionals out there, but the technology available to them was either overpriced, overcomplicated, or both. That never made sense to me.
My role at Pinova is simple: make sure everything we build actually helps agents close deals. Not features for the sake of features. Not AI for the sake of saying “AI.” Practical tools that solve real problems — and a team that picks up the phone when you need help.
I personally work with every founding partner. Not a sales rep, not an account manager — me. Because the agents who bet on us early deserve to know the person building the company they're trusting their business with.

The best technology doesn't make you feel like you're using technology. It should feel like having a really sharp partner who handles the things you shouldn't be spending time on. That's what we're building.

What I'm building toward
One platform, not ten
Agents shouldn't need a CRM, a website builder, a lead router, an email tool, and a separate analytics dashboard. They need one system that does it all and does it well.
Accessible to everyone
Enterprise-level technology at a price point that a solo agent or a small team can actually afford. That's not charity, that's good business.
Founder-to-founder relationships
Every founding partner gets my direct line. I believe the companies that win long-term are the ones where the CEO still talks to customers. That's not going to change.
